Overhaul was great!

Glad to have my DD1 back! While they were promptly responsive on the emails I sent in (within 24 business hours) I just wish there was more communication. Website says 5 day turnaround. I sent it in. Expected 3 day shipping. 1 week turn around. 3 days back. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything about it being recieved.or in process of being worked on, I shot them an email. and was told it was next in the list. 4 or 5 days later I got it back. Not a big deal. But as a professional tech it is a tool that's used frequently. And missed when it's gone. So it would have been nice to have a little more communication. But overall very satisfied.
